Leak Investigation and Repair
We will identify the source of the leak and advise you on your repair options. We charge $95 for a leak inspection, but waive that fee if you choose to hire us for the suggested repair. Repairs start at just $250.
Chimney Removal or Repair
Removal - Most homes no longer use their old masonry chimneys. Removal is less-expensive than fixing aging bricks and mortar. We remove your brick chimney down below the roof line patch the hole and re-shingle. Starting at $1500 for a single brick chimney.
Re-flashing - Chimney flashing is a common source of roof leaks. We can bend and install custom aluminium chimney flashing on-site to keep your chimney watertight. Starting at $750
Soffit, Fascia, Gutters
Replacing damaged soffit, fascia, and gutters is vital to prevent water intrusion, pest access, and structural decay, ensuring your home's long-term protection and aesthetic appeal. We provide seamless eavestroughs (gutters), gutter guards, soffit, and fascia. All materials are custom cut or bent on-site for a perfect fit.
Ventilation & Insulation Rehab
Attic ventilation and insulation are key to the longevity of your roof, the efficiency of your home, and your indoor air quality. Poor ventilation leads to dry-rot, mold, mildew, and other problems caused by trapped moisture. We calculate the correct ventilation levels and patterns for your roof and improve ventilation to keep you and your home safe.
Skylights
We install new and replacement Velux Skylights. Available in many styles, sizes, and trim levels. An average skylight replacement starts at just $1500. Have a leaky skylight? Re-shingling and re-flashing a skylight is just as much work as replacement (sometimes more), so we recommend installing a new unit to ensure the leak is gone for good.
