Meg Sim
Meg puts the ‘Meg’ in Meg Sim Roofing. She started MSR to offer homeowners an elevated experience, and to provide roofing and siding that aligns with modern building science. Before roofing, Meg has a background in scaffolding for the oil and gas industry. You can find Meg on-site working with our supervisors, suppliers, and crew. She is passionate about training and teaching everyone on the MSR team.

Jordan Bartol
Jordan joined MSR full-time in 2024 after supporting part-time since the beginning. He has a PhD in History and Philosophy of Science and a background in Software and Operations Management. Jordan’s focus is on customer service, project management, and operational excellence.

Keegan Morch
Longtime friend of Meg & Jordan, Keegs joined the team in 2025 as Lead Project Manager. Keegan will guide you through colour selection, scheduling, and ensure that your overall project is a success - everything from crew preparation to delivery schedules.
